Cody and Autumn

I love Oakhurst, the venue where Cody and Autumn got married just outside of LaGrange. This is our third wedding to shoot there, and I would recommend it to anyone getting married in the area. It was perfect for this beautiful couple, and I think it provided the most beautiful setting for this beautiful wedding. Cody and Autumn were so cute (and their wedding party was a blast). I wish you guys all the best and thanks for letting us be a part of this special day!

Sam and Gayle

I am very happy to post some of my favorite pictures from my brother, Sam and my new sister, Gayle’s wedding. It was quite a busy week getting everything ready, but it came together for a very beautiful celebration. I am so glad we were able to be a part of capturing the day photographically, and I look forward to getting to know this amazing girl better in the years to come. I love you guys so much!

Frank and Amanda

We had the opportunity to shoot Frank and Amanda’s wedding at The Catholic Church of Saint Monica in Duluth last week and then the reception at the lovely River Club Lodge in Suwanee. Every detail of the wedding was beautiful, and the bride was gorgeous. I think the thing I liked the best, however, was the love that emanated from both Frank and Amanda. I have shot a lot of weddings now, and I have rarely seen a couple as crazy about each other. You could tell that the wedding itself was secondary to just being together, and that’s always a blessing to see.

Wes and Casey

I had a chance to shoot Wes and Casey’s wedding at the Marietta Garden Club a couple of weeks ago. They had a beautiful ceremony at First Baptist Church Marietta and then their reception at the Garden Club. It was a jumping party in spite of a little rain temporarily frying the DJ’s equipment!  Oops!  I wish you both all the best!

Tim and Rebecca

It was a great pleasure to shoot Rebecca and Tim’s wedding in Lawrenceville last weekend.  Rebecca has been a bridesmaid at a wedding we’ve shot before, and it was wonderful to see her as a beautiful bride.  We also enjoyed shooting at Little Gardens again in Lawrenceville for the reception.  We just can’t say enough good things about this venue.  It’s beautiful, and the staff is amazingly helpful and professional.

The groom was trying to sneak a peak!

You can see the joy on the couples' faces.

JD and Jessica

This weekend Jonathan got to shoot the wedding of our friends JD and Jessica.  This was Jonathan’s first wedding to shoot by himself.  He really enjoyed it especially since he got to see friends from Discover Point Church.  The beautiful and delicious cake was created by Trista at Sugar and Spice Sweets.

Carlo and Haley

We loved shooting Haley and Carlo’s wedding in Atlanta last weekend.  It was full of many surprises for us- a cute chapel, the gift of a piano to the groom and a rooftop view of the city from Ventanas helipad.  It was great working with another fun wedding planner: Daria MacGregor of Circle of Love Weddings.

Congratulations guys, and God bless your marriage!

Drew and Heather’s Wedding

We had such a good time shooting Drew and Heather’s AMAZING wedding at the William Aiken House in downtown Charleston last weekend.  I have never been to a more beautiful wedding and sweeter couple.  Every detail from the vases to the runner was perfect.  Sara Hosch with Southern Protocol was the best wedding planner I have ever worked with.  I highly recommend her to any gals getting married in the Charleston area.

Here are some of my favorite shots from their special day.

Garth and Jennifer get hitched!

The holidays have been crazy, so we’re a little behind on blogging!  But here is one I must post:  We had the pleasure of photographing Jennifer and Garth’s wedding at the Primrose Cottage in Roswell on New Years Day.  Everything was beautiful- the cake, the flowers, the house, but nothing was as stunning as the bride.  Our favorite part was how everyone seemed so in love.  Both Garth and Jennifer’s parents had been married for over 40 years.  It was such a blessing to be a part of.  Here are some of our favorite images from the evening.

Garth and Jennifer

Garth and Jennifer asked to have their engagement portraits taken at Roswell Mill.  I’d never been there before, but I was so amazed at how there are still so many beautiful places like this yet unknown to me in Atlanta.  I feel like I’m really starting to get a handle on the city, but I keep on being introduced to new and beautiful locations!  And this was the perfect place for Jennifer and Garth.  They are a fun couple who love the outdoors.  We brought their dogs out for a couple of group pictures, and they loved romping around by the river.  I can’t wait for their wedding, which will be not far from here at the Primrose Cottage in Roswell!
